The cabin needed more light and air ventilation in the loft areas. I went to Habitat Restore in Kansas City and was able to find a brand new large window for the sitting area for $80.00! I had the window installed sideways to work better with the space I had, so it was longer rather than tall.
The small windows that went in both loft areas were left to me by a friend who use to sell windows.. The windows were the mini-salesman version of the products he sold when he went door-to-door.
I had a friend help me install the windows for $50.00
So total window project was $130.00
